This project focused on the vacant staging of a dated townhome in Wheeling, where we worked strategically within the seller's budget by maintaining the existing interior paint. Rather than seeing the older color palette as a hurdle, we embraced it as a backdrop for a cozy, inviting design tailored to the local buyer demographic. By selecting furniture and decor that complemented the existing tones, we transformed the empty rooms into a warm and approachable home. This thoughtful approach allowed us to maximize the property's appeal and create a sense of comfort without the added expense of a full repaint.
