A Cozy Modern Cottage Airbnb in Sarasota, FL

Good design isn’t always about starting from scratch; it’s about seeing the potential in what’s already there. For this project, we chose to retain the previous owner’s green mosaic backsplash - a decision that saved on both budget and time.

By leaning into the existing tile as our primary design anchor, we built a modern-yet-cozy palette around it. This resourceful modernism allowed us to allocate the budget elsewhere while creating an intentional, and unified atmosphere that feels perfectly at home in Sarasota.
