This project involved a complete furniture and decor curation for a charming one-bedroom condo located in a landmark historical building along the lakefront. Designed for a law student who chose the location for its ideal proximity to campus, the interior was reimagined as a sleek, contemporary retreat. The primary design challenge was a unique triangular living room layout, which we successfully optimized using clean-lined, modern pieces that improve flow and spatial efficiency. The final result is a sophisticated and organized home that balances the building's historic charm with a highly functional, student-friendly lifestyle.
